I was invited to a Summer wedding in Scarborough and so had to sew a beautiful new dress….any excuse, I know. The theme was a country garden and so I decided on a turquoise Anna dress to co ordinate with the North Sea( it is known to be this shade !!) and some beautiful trim from AartiJ.

Clare and Kris had an amazing day as did we all! Even their dog was in attendance in her wedding dress!!

I love being part of a wedding celebration and so here are some photos for you to share in the celebration too.

Emily (below with the blonde bob) took the arty angle shots and is in line for the position, if BM does resign for good or leaves home!!

Here is a close up of the beautiful trim which I attached at the waistband by sewing it on with the smallest stitches my machine could sew. I decided to stitch the top as well as it was standing away from the dress. The close up shows the stitching but in real life they are not noticeable.
