This was a tricky post to write as I now wear something I have made everyday!
I love to wear dresses with a cardigan, so have managed to fill my wardrobe with plenty of them!
I also have this year’s beautiful trench coat with a range of dresses to co-ordinate with it!
I have also made a few beautiful dresses to wear to happy occasions like my son’s 21st party, my Christmas party dress and Sarah’s engagement party!
There is also a wide range of vintage blouses I have made to wear with my jeans!
My wardrobe is quite full now, although I do think that I am still improving with my fitting and so these tend to replace those I was not too happy with.
I have had a very successful sewing year as I can now wear something handmade every day….and I am sure if anyone saw me and didn’t know me they would not have a clue!?!
And a summary of my blog perhaps……
Such beautiful makes! You’ve got a very pretty style, congrats on a 2014 well-sewed.

Fantastic makes. Must say that some of my favourites are the ones with lace; I’m mentally noting that I must include more lace in my own makes. Happy twirling in 2015!

Thank you! I love my lace makes. I don’t find it difficult to sew with as you sometimes read. A good quality one makes a difference tho! Do you think a twirly lace one on the list??? 💝

Thanks Linny! I know, and when I looked back to 2013 I was embarrassed by how terrible some of the things I made were! Lol I think I improved in 2014!!!💝 2015….. The Year of Sewing!
