Sadly not my 21st, but my son, Tom. I had to post this after receiving such fabulous service!
I ordered it on Sunday evening and it arrived today. Beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and some samples of fabric they have available on line. The fabric was £4.99 a metre and the postage was a reasonable £1.90 for the 2 metres I purchased!
It is called chocolate orange and is a polyester taffeta. The website is
Clothspot
I am hoping to make this:
The party is in February…. Wonder if I could get a waist like that by then?!?!?
Went and checked them out. I love their selection of Viscose & Rayon, just wish international shipping was a bit easier/cheaper. That dress will look great in that fabric, can’t wait to see it !

Thank you! I know shipping is a pain isn’t it. It adds so much to the cost of fabric!

Thank you! It really is a gorgeous colour. I have seen some gorgeous bronze shoes I might have to ask Father Christmas for!

That’s gorgeous! Never underestimate the power of vintage underwear for creating a vintage silhouette. If you’re not already familiar with it I recommend having a peek at http://www.whatkatiedid.co.uk. Better to give your credit card to someone trustworthy first, though… <_<

Thanks. They have such gorgeous fabric don’t they! And I emailed to thank them and got a lovely reply from the lady. I think I need to be a regular customer! They sent out some samples and I want to buy them all! This could be the point I stop buying cheap and go for quality! Fingers crossed anyway!
